Build a Pile
To save on delivery costs, we offer ‘Build a Pile’ where we do not ship your order immediately after being placed, instead it is combined with other orders placed over time and shipped at your request. The maximum duration that we will keep a pile is 6 months.
Payment Plans
If you would like to purchase several books and pay it over a longer time period (maximum 6 months) , you may do so in line with the following conditions:
- A deposit of 20% of the order total is required for us to place your order. Should you no longer wish to take the book(s) in the future [cancel a book(s) / the order] this deposit amount will be forfeit.
- The remaining monthly repayments are as follows:
Month 2: 15% of order total
Month 3: 15% of order total
Month 4: 15% of order total
Month 5: 15% of order total
Month 6: 20% of order total - If payment is not made made for 2 consecutive months, then an additional R100 penalty will be charged for each month that is delayed.
- We must be notified of your intent via email or DM on Instagram.
- We will try our best to store your order safely and securely, however minor shelf damage or yellowing might occur due to prolonged storage.
- Build a pile is at your own risk, in the event of an unforeseen circumstance such as extensive damage to our storage due to e.g. a fire, flood or natural disaster, we will not be held liable for any of the damages.
